I'm keeping a notebook and writing down a list of happy things about my day in it, before I go to bed so that I smile in my dreams :o)

My 100 happy book

I started writing in my little notebook, with the aim of writing something in every day that made me happy. I write at the end of every day, so I can go to sleep with something pleasant in my brain-space :o) (Yes, it works!)
